The activities of the 18th Arab Media Forum kicked off, Sunday morning, in Kuwait, with the participation of a group of Arab and Egyptian media professionals, on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of its founding.
The opening of the exhibition "Media, Communication Technology and Electronic Applications", followed by the first session entitled "The Future of Media... Media of the Future", with the participation of the Assistant Secretary-General for the Media and Communication Sector of the League of Arab States, Ambassador Ahmed Khatabi, and the editor-in-chief of the Saudi newspaper (Okaz), Jamil Al-Dhiabi, and the editor-in-chief The Omani newspaper (Al-Ru’ya) Hatim Al-Ta’i, and the editor-in-chief of the Kuwaiti newspaper (Al-Rai) Walid Al-Jassem, and under the management of the Undersecretary of the Publication and Press Sector at the Kuwaiti Ministry of Information, Lafi Al-Subaie.
