Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister, held a meeting today, Monday, with Chancellor Omar Marawan, Minister of Justice; To follow up the rates of implementation of the decisions of the Ministerial Committee for the Settlement of Investment Disputes.
The Prime Minister affirmed that the government is making great efforts in the current period to solve the problems of investors, and to reach fair and equitable settlements for all investment disputes that are presented to the Ministerial Committee, and therefore it is necessary for all concerned parties to implement, without delay, the immediate implementation of what is issued by the Committee. Decisions, especially since those decisions are also approved by the Council of Ministers.
Counselor Omar Marawan, Minister of Justice, reviewed the details of the decisions issued by the Investment Disputes Settlement Committee, what has been implemented so far, the percentage of decisions that have not yet been implemented, and the reasons for the delay in implementation.
