Dr. Mostafa Waziri, Secretary-General of the Supreme Council of Antiquities, said that the council succeeded, in cooperation with the Italian mission working in the Saqqara antiquities region, in discovering the first complete papyrus.
Waziri added, "This papyrus is complete and in good condition and has not been touched, explaining that it has been called the "Waziri One" papyrus, and the details of this papyrus will be announced as soon as possible.
The Secretary-General of the Supreme Council of Antiquities stated that the Museum Display Committee will choose the permanent display location for this papyrus.
This came during the inspection tour conducted by Dr. Mostafa Waziri in the historic Cairo area.
