Eng. Ahmed Samir, Minister of Commerce and Industry, received Osama bin Ahmed Naqli, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in Cairo, where the meeting examined the files of joint economic cooperation and measures to boost intra-trade and investments between Egypt and the Kingdom in the next stage.
According to the minister, the historical and strategic ties that unite Egypt and the Kingdom, as well as their leadership, government, and people, are a fundamental pillar for developing the frameworks of joint economic cooperation and progressing them to levels that serve the interests of the two brotherly peoples.
He stated that Egypt is welcoming more Saudi enterprises to engage in the Egyptian market in various productive and service areas, as well as to build industrial relationships between the two countries' private sectors.
