Sameh Shoukry, Minister of Foreign Affairs and President-designate of COP27, said that the international community is behind in measures to confront climate change.
This came during his speech at the activities of the Climate Week for Africa in Gabon, which started on Monday, and Shoukry added that developing countries must face external challenges in addition to development challenges.
He stressed that the procedures and mechanisms for dealing with the damage caused by climate change require the solidarity of the international community.
