Ambassador Suha Gendy, Minister of State for Immigration and Egyptians Abroad, met with Dr. Ashraf Sobhi, Minister of Youth and Sports; To discuss enhancing cooperation between the two ministries in a number of joint files during the coming period.
The two ministers chaired an expanded meeting in the presence of the leaders of the two ministries, where the meeting discussed prospects for future cooperation and related issues, the development of cooperation mechanisms in the areas of combating illegal immigration and the presidential initiative "Boats of Life" to raise awareness of the dangers of the phenomenon of illegal immigration, as well as forums for young people of the second and third generations of Egyptians abroad.
Building on the previous cooperation that served our youth abroad, and youth in villages exporting illegal immigration, as well as developing awareness and education programs that are being implemented.
