The Armed Forces sign a contract to establish the International Stem Cell Center

The Armed Forces signed a contract to establish the International Center for Research and Treatment of Stem Cells in cooperation between the Medical Research and Regenerative Medicine Center of the Armed Forces with the American company CEMEX.

It is worth mentioning that the International Stem Cell Research and Treatment Center will include a Research and Development Center (RLC), a Clinical Trials Unit (CTF) and a Biomaterials Production Unit (BF).

The ceremony was attended by Dr. Mohamed Awad Taj El-Din, Advisor to the President of the Republic, a number of leaders of the armed forces, a number of university presidents and professors, specialists in the medical field and the US military attache in Cairo.
