On Wednesday, Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister, began a
visit to Alexandria governorate, initiated with the inspection of a number of
Presidential Initiative projects "Hayat Karim", in Abu Sair village
of Burj al-Arab Centre, Alexandria Governorate, accompanied by Major General
Mohammed al-Sharif, Governor of Alexandria, Major General Ashraf Hosni,
Assistant Head of the Engineering Authority of the Armed Forces, Deputy
Governor Dr. Ah.
The Prime Minister stressed that dignified life projects are one of the top
priorities of the Government. He is keen to follow up on the projects of this
important presidential initiative in all governorates, to ensure the progress
of work in the light of the planned timelines, in accordance with the
directives of President Abdel Fatah al-Sisi, President of the Republic, to
proceed with the implementation of this giant national project to improve the
quality of life of the country's citizens.
The Prime Minister heard an explanation about the "Life of Dignity"
projects implemented by the Engineering Authority of the Armed Forces in
Alexandria governorate, where General Ashraf Hosni, Assistant Head of the
Authority, confirmed, The Authority is implementing 86 projects within the
presidential initiative in 4 villages and 45 affiliated, Burj al-Arab Centre,
Alexandria, serving some 135 thousand of the Center's children, Noting that 27
projects have been completed so far Projects are being implemented in the
following sectors: Sanitation, drinking water, electricity, social solidarity,
local development, health, youth and sports, agriculture and roads.
Dr. Mustafa Madbouly and his associates continued the work on the project of
the village services complex, He heard an explanation from Brigadier General
Ahmed Zaki, who explained that the compound's implementation rate was 100%, The
business began in August 2021 and is planned to be completed by the end of this
month and delivered. Noting that the service complex's building includes a
technology centre and offices for both the civil registry, Real Estate Month,
Catering, Mail, Social Solidarity Unit, Local Unit and Local Council.
The Prime Minister also inspected the Family Medicine Unit
project in the village of Abu Sair, where the Chief of the Engineering Division
in the Northern Region explained that the project is based on upgrading the
efficiency of two buildings, the first of which includes the clinic building,
and the second for the accommodation of medical staff, indicating that the
implementation rate was 100%, as the works began in September 2021 and were
already delivered.
The Prime Minister continued to provide medical services to
the village's people in unity.
Dr. Mostafa Madbouly also inspected the project to establish
the water lifter of Abu Sair village. Brigadier General Ahmed Zaki noted that
the implementation rate of the project is 95%. The start of the works took
place in July 2021 and is close to completion in respect of the construction and
electromechanical sectors, adding that "Water lifter" will serve about
10 thousand people, and it will be based on an area of about 1200 m2, The
project will be delivered during this week, where its own orders have been
supplied and installed, The project consists of a 2000 m3 reservoir, an amber,
And the transformer building, and for electro-mechanical specifications, it has
a 3-ton overhead winch project, 2 submersible students, 3 centrifugal
horizontal students and a 400-kilovolt transformer.
