Next November, the activities and sessions of the Conference of the States Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP 27) will begin in Sharm El-Sheikh,and due to the huge momentum of meetings, sessions and side events, the Conference presidency has developed a tight schedule that provides a wide space for serious interaction and participation with all stakeholders; With the aim of incorporating their views and contributions into the overall global effort to combat climate change.
The presidency of the conference identified a set of topics that focus on enhancing implementation and raising ambition on many issues related to climate change. Egypt also devoted several days to focused discussions on specific topics, through side events, panel discussions, round tables and high-level events.
