President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi received Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology of the United Arab Emirates, H.E. Dr. Sultan Al Jaber. The meeting was also attended by the Minister of Electricity and Renewable Energy, the Minister of Communications and IT as well as Chief of the General Intelligence, Major General Abbas Kamel, and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Affairs Authority, Khaldoon Al Mubarak.
The Spokesman for the Presidency said the meeting tackled ways to enhance bilateral cooperation in investments, IT, energy and communications.
President El-Sisi asked for his greetings to be conveyed to UAE President, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan. President El-Sisi welcomed boosting the size and scope of UAE investments in Egypt and lauded the progress achieved in the firm, brotherly relations between the two countries across various levels. The President confirmed that Egypt looks forward to further advancing bilateral ties for the benefit of the two countries and their peoples, and to exploring additional prospects for cooperation in all areas, particularly in sectors where the two countries enjoy preferential advantages. This aims to solidify the strategic relations between the two countries.
