The Egyptian government is preparing to organize a major international celebration for the opening of the Grand Procession Road (rams) after its development, and to re-celebrate the "Opite Festival", similar to the celebration of the transfer of royal mummies in Cairo, which attracted the world's attention to Egypt recently.
On Tuesday, Egyptian Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly toured Luxor Governorate to inspect projects for the development of archaeological areas, accompanied by the Ministers of Tourism, Antiquities, Local Development and Housing, Mustafa inspired the Governor of Luxor and a number of officials.
During the visit, the Prime Minister continued the restoration of the Rams Road, Karnak and Luxor temples, and showed special interest in the (Grand Processions) road connecting the two temples. The development project aims to transform Luxor into the largest open museum in the world.
