This Tuesday morning, the fourth convoy of the Egyptian Zakat and Charity House entered the Rafah land crossing in preparation for its entry into the Gaza Strip, consisting of 50 trucks carrying approximately 1,000 tons of medical supplies, foodstuffs, water and living supplies, under the directives of His Eminence the Grand Imam Dr. Ahmed Al-Tayeb. Sheikh of Al-Azhar Al-Sharif, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Egyptian Zakat and Charity House.
The fourth convoy of the Egyptian Zakat and Charity House set off for the besieged Gaza Strip as part of a large international participation, as delegations from 70 countries participated in preparing it, in response to the call of the Sheikh of Al-Azhar, in which he called on everyone to continue and intensify support for the people of the Gaza Strip within the “Help Gaza” campaign.
