The President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, sent a telegram of congratulations to President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi after his re-election as President of the Arab Republic of Egypt, the text of which is as follows:

It gives me great pleasure to extend to Your Excellency the warmest expressions of congratulations and sincere feelings of congratulations on the occasion of your re-election as President of the sisterly Arab Republic of Egypt and your once again gaining the confidence of the brotherly Egyptian people.
Your election to a new presidential term is an opportunity for Your Excellency to continue the process of leading your country towards greater progress and prosperity, and to enhance its pioneering role, especially in the current circumstances characterized by regional and international challenges.
