In continuation of the activities of the third and fourth days of the Third International Defense Industries Exhibition "EDEX 2023", a number of bilateral meetings were held for the leaders of the main branches and senior commanders of the armed forces with a number of military leaders and representatives of major international companies specialized in the fields of armament.

Lieutenant General Ahmed Khaled, Commander of the Strategic Command and Supervisor of Military Industrialization, met with a delegation from the alliance of Turkish companies operating in the field of defense industries, and representatives of French companies represented by Safran Electronics, Dassault International Aerospace Industries, and Safran Aviation Engines.

Lieutenant General Ashraf Atwa, Commander of the Navy, met with a delegation from the American company Lockheed Martin, the Commander of the French Navy in the Mediterranean, the head of the Spanish Armaments Authority, a representative of the Commander of the Cypriot Navy, the Commander of the Ghanaian Navy, representatives of the Chinese CSSC company operating in the field of maritime industries, and EXAIL. French, working in navigational systems and navigation systems supported by artificial intelligence technology, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Emirates Council of Defense Companies.

Lieutenant General Mohamed Hegazy, Commander of the Air Defense Forces, met with representatives of the American company North Robb Grumman, representatives of the German companies HENSOLDT and DIEHL, and representatives of the Chinese companies ELINC and CPMIEC.

Major General Kamal Wafa, Head of the Armaments Authority of the Armed Forces, also met with the Deputy Head of the South Korean Defense Agency, the Deputy Director of the French General Department of Armaments for African and Middle Eastern Affairs, and the agent of the Bulgarian Clandor Company operating in the field of defense industries for the Middle East region.

The meetings dealt with ways to support and enhance cooperation relations in various military fields and increase the prospects for strategic partnership with various military forces of friendly and brotherly countries.
