The Minister of Foreign Affairs and Chairman of the COP 27 Climate Summit, Sameh Shoukry, stated: "We need to find opportunities in countries that are committed to the Paris Climate Agreement and we must involve developing countries in efforts to combat climate change."
This occurred at the opening session of the twenty-eighth edition of the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP28), which got underway this Thursday, December 12, in Expo City, Dubai, in the United Arab Emirates.
