Ambassador Sherif Issa, Egypt's ambassador to Abu Dhabi, said that the Minister of Immigration's visit and her meeting with members and symbols of the Egyptian community in the Emirates represents great support at this important stage in the 2024 presidential elections.
The Egyptian ambassador to Abu Dhabi explained, in his statements, that the minister’s visit reflects the Egyptian state’s interest in its citizens abroad, its appreciation for the important role played by every Egyptian outside his country, and the state’s keenness to participate in the upcoming presidential elections.
He added that the participation of Egyptians abroad in the presidential elections is considered a contribution to shaping the features of Egypt's future during this current and critical stage in the nation's life.
This came during a meeting between Soha Gendi, Minister of State for Immigration and Affairs of Egyptians Abroad, with the leaders and symbols of the Egyptian community in the Emirates, in an expanded meeting, held at the Arab Republic of Egypt Club in Dubai, headed by the Chairman of the Egyptian Club’s Board of Directors, Dr. Engineer Ahmed Abu Ageila, as part of the Foreign Minister’s tour to urge and encourage Egyptians. abroad to participate in the upcoming presidential elections, within the framework of the “Share Your Vote” initiative, in addition to reviewing investment opportunities in Egypt and inviting Egyptian investors abroad to benefit from them.
