The Ministry of Endowments announced the launch of the first aid convoy to the people of Gaza, yesterday, Tuesday, loaded with 200 tons of food commodities provided by the Ministry.
Dr. Muhammad Mukhtar Gomaa, Minister of Endowments, sent a message to the nation’s scholars, intellectuals, and free people of the world regarding what is happening in Gaza, through his official Facebook page, during which he stressed that what is happening in Gaza is war crimes and genocide by killing women, children, and defenseless civilians in cold blood, and it has become necessary to stop the machine of war and destruction. It is an urgent humanitarian matter. Let us make our voice heard loudly to the whole world. Otherwise, when?
The Minister of Endowments stressed that providing relief aid to those affected by wars or other calamities is a great humanitarian act, but greater than that is sympathy with their plight and stopping everything that increases their suffering or leads to it.
