At one o'clock in the afternoon, Monday, the Journalists Syndicate will organize a press conference in the presence of Nasser Abu Bakr, head of the Palestinian Journalists Syndicate, about the crimes of the Israeli occupation against Palestinian journalists in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank.

The Journalists Syndicate hosts the Palestinian Syndicate as part of the ongoing coordination between the two syndicates in monitoring and documenting Israeli crimes against journalists, and the latest developments in the brutal war against the Palestinian people.

The Palestinian Syndicate President talks about the latest developments in the situation in Gaza and the West Bank. The conference also reviews the steps of the Egyptian and Palestinian Syndicates to confront the aggression, as well as to address violations against journalists, and ways to support colleagues by all available and legal means.

Khaled Al-Balshi, head of the Journalists Syndicate, affirmed the Egyptian Syndicate’s solidarity with journalists and truth tellers in Palestine, who are being subjected to one of the most heinous crimes facing journalists, stressing the Egyptian Syndicate’s demand for the necessity of holding perpetrators of crimes against journalists accountable on charges of committing war crimes.

Al-Balshi stressed the Egyptian Syndicate’s endeavor to provide all means of support to colleagues in occupied Palestine, stressing that he addressed unions, unions of journalists, and institutions defending international press freedom regarding the violations practiced by the occupation army, demanding their intervention to protect Palestinian journalists and coordinate efforts to hold perpetrators of crimes against journalists accountable in Palestine.
