President El-Sisi holds a meeting to follow up the implementation of the national strategy for higher education and scientific research
President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi met today, Monday, with Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister, and Dr. Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
Counselor Ahmed Fahmy, the official spokesperson for the Presidency of the Republic, stated that President El-Sisi was briefed on the developments in implementing the national strategy for higher education and scientific research, which aims to develop these two vital sectors, provide a stimulating climate for the localization and production of knowledge, and support the shift towards fourth-generation universities to keep pace with global trends.
