The problem of overpopulation is considered a societal and national issue, and in the following points are the benefits of limiting population growth:
1- Raising the average real income per capita, as its growth rate is calculated by subtracting the population growth rate from the real growth rate of GDP.
2- Providing more public utility services and social environment services to citizens.
3- Reducing the financial burdens on the state’s general budget, resulting from the inflation of public expenditure items.
4- Improving the quality of the public services provided.
5- Improving the environmental system by alleviating the problems of pollution, congestion, noise, slums and the deterioration of public facilities.
