The Minister of Environment, Dr. Yasmine Fouad, stressed the importance of the Qarun Lake Rebalancing Project, which is a model for compatibility between the environment and investment, and that protecting the environment does not conflict with investment, but rather is a basis for maximizing the benefits at the national level, noting the need to follow up on the work of these projects.
This came during its expanded meeting, today, Sunday, with the Governor of Fayoum, Dr. Ahmed Al-Ansari; To follow up on what has been implemented in the environmental restoration projects of Lake Qarun, through the committee formed by a decision of the Prime Minister headed by the Minister of Environment, in implementation of the mandates of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi.
