Ambassador Osama Abdel Khaleq, Egypt’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations in New York, offered to the Commissioner-General of UNRWA his sincere condolences for the agency’s martyrs in Gaza, who numbered 178 martyrs so far, who fell as a result of the Israeli aggression that has been ongoing for six months on the Gaza Strip, in violation of international law and United Nations resolutions. Its headquarters and employees have been deliberately targeted by the Israeli army.
Egypt also demands a decisive response and stance regarding Israel's cold-blooded targeting of UNRWA and UN employees.
