President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi received, today, Saturday, at Cairo International Airport, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE.
The official spokesman for the Presidency of the Republic stated that the President and the great guest of Egypt held a discussion session that dealt with ways to enhance the paths of distinguished bilateral cooperation between the two brotherly countries and promising opportunities to expand its horizons to broader levels, in a way that enhances the deep partnership between the two countries in various economic, investment, development, and political fields.
The discussions also witnessed a review of all regional issues of common concern, especially the intensified efforts to achieve a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip and the implementation of humanitarian aid in quantities sufficient to reduce the burden of great human suffering in the Strip. The need to activate the two-state solution as a way to achieve justice, security and stability in the region was also stressed.
After the end of the discussions, President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi was keen to bid farewell to his brother, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, from Cairo International Airport.
