Counselor Ahmed Fahmy, the official spokesman for the Presidency of the Republic, stated that a delegation from the Foreign Affairs Committee of the British House of Commons was keen to listen to President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi’s vision regarding the regional situation, especially in the Gaza Strip.
The official spokesman for the Presidency of the Republic stated that President Sisi presented to the British delegation the latest developments in Egyptian efforts to reach an agreement on a ceasefire, the exchange of detainees, and the implementation of humanitarian aid to the Strip.
In this regard, President Sisi stressed that the humanitarian situation in Gaza cannot tolerate further postponement of reaching decisive ceasefire solutions.
