The signing of the memorandum of understanding comes based on the distinguished bilateral relations between the government of the Arab Republic of Egypt and the United Arab Emirates. The memorandum of understanding included extending the period of implementation of the provisions of the memorandum concluded between the countries of Egypt and the Emirates in the field of developing government work for a period of two years until February 28, 2026.
