Abdel Fattah Al-Jabali, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Media Production City, received Mr. Mohammed Al-Harithi, CEO of the Radio and Television Corporation in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, at the head of a high-level media delegation that included Engineer Hatem Abu Nassef, Assistant to the President for Engineering and Technical Affairs.
Al-Jabali welcomed the visit, which comes within the framework of strengthening the bonds of friendship between brothers, and briefed the delegation on the scientific and technological capabilities of the Media Production City, its most important activities, and its studios equipped with the latest technological means.
The delegation began its visit to the city by watching a documentary film highlighting the history of the Media Production City and the stages of development it has witnessed, especially in recent times, until it has become one of the largest media and economic entities in the Middle East.
After that, the delegation made an inspection tour that included the center for reviving the audiovisual heritage in the city, the Dolby Atmos studio, and the open filming areas in the city, during which it saw the ongoing preparations for filming dramas, and visited the Assassins series during the filming process.
At the end of the tour, the delegation visited the MPC channel studios in the city, saw a number of placards for the channel’s programs, listened to a detailed explanation from those responsible for supervising it, and met with a number of its media professionals.
