Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Minister of Health and Population, met with Dr. Nima Saeed Abed, representative of the World Health Organization in Egypt, succeeding Dr. Naima Al-Qaseer, at the General Office of the Ministry of Health and Population in the New Administrative Capital.
Abdel Ghaffar pointed out that during the meeting, the most important files related to joint cooperation were reviewed, which included the One Health file, the family planning file, as well as the national plan to combat antimicrobial resistance, in which Egypt achieved tangible success by activating a monitoring and evaluation system in hospitals and various medical facilities. .
