Dr. Yasmine Fouad, Minister of Environment, stressed the importance of integration between all state agencies and civil society organizations to advance the environment and confront all challenges.
Fouad pointed out that the celebration of National Environment Day aims to raise awareness of environmental issues and challenges, encourage citizens to adopt positive behaviors towards the environment, and confront national environmental challenges.
This came during a speech by Dr. Yasmine Fouad, Minister of Environment, at the celebration organized by the Arab Bureau for Youth and Environment, headed by Dr. Imad El-Din Adly, in cooperation with the Ministry of Environment, under the slogan “Single-use plastic: a global challenge and sustainable solutions,” within the framework of Egypt’s celebrations of National Environment Day 2024. .
