Egypt launches 8 drinking water stations in South Sudan

Dr. Hani Sweilem, Minister of Water Resources and Irrigation, said: The process of establishing (8) groundwater drinking stations in the state of South Sudan (3 stations in the Lobonok region - 5 stations in Jonglei state) has been launched to provide clean drinking water to citizens, within the framework of projects undertaken by the Egyptian state to serve... Brothers in the Nile Basin countries.

It is worth noting that last Saturday, in a large popular celebration, the process of establishing (3) underground drinking water stations was inaugurated in the state of South Sudan in the Lobonok region (one of the cities of Central Equatoria State) amidst a warm welcome from the citizens.
