The handover ceremony of the first 3 towers, within the Central Business District of the New Administrative Capital, began a short while ago, in the presence of Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister, and Dr. Assem Al-Gazzar, Minister of Housing, Utilities and New Urban Communities. Which includes the iconic tower, and is being implemented by the Chinese company, for the Ministry of Housing.
The project is located in the central area of the first phase of the New Administrative Capital, with a total area of about 505 thousand square meters. The total construction area of the iconic tower is 241,000 square meters and its building height is 385 metres. It is a high-rise EPC building that combines offices, hotels and businesses, and from the tower you can see the surrounding landmarks and others. It will also be the tallest building in Africa after its construction is completed.
