President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi sent a cable of congratulations to King Felipe VI of Spain and Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez on the occasion of Spain's National Day.

He also dispatched Hossam Zaatar, a Secretary at the Presidency, to the Embassy of the Kingdom of Spain in Cairo to convey congratulations on this occasion.

Furthermore, the President sent a similar cable of congratulations to President Ratu Wiliame Katonivere of the Republic of Fiji on the occasion of Independence Day.
