The Egyptian Red Crescent launched its 268th "Zad Al-Izza... From Egypt to Gaza" convoy today, Monday, carrying humanitarian aid destined for the Gaza Strip. This initiative is part of the Red Crescent's role as a national mechanism for coordinating the entry and delivery of humanitarian aid to the Palestinian people.
Tons of petroleum products arrive in Gaza to operate hospitals and vital facilities.
The convoy included tons of diverse humanitarian aid, including more than 62,500 food baskets, approximately 463 tons of relief supplies, medical equipment, and medicines, and over 1,874 tons of petroleum products necessary for operating hospitals and vital facilities in the Gaza Strip.

The Egyptian Red Crescent has been present at the border since the beginning of the crisis, maintaining its logistical centers and intensifying its efforts to prepare and deliver humanitarian and relief aid to the Gaza Strip, which has exceeded one million tons, with the participation of more than 75,000 volunteers from the organization.
