Dr. Ayyad emphasized that the continuous development of relations between the two countries opens broad horizons for strengthening cooperation in religious, scientific, and intellectual fields, particularly in light of shared challenges that necessitate unified efforts to spread the values ​​of moderation, tolerance, and peace. He commended the importance of the "Islamic Civilization: The Path of Tolerance, Peace, and Enlightenment" forum as an international platform for dialogue, exchanging experiences, and building shared visions that enhance the role of religious institutions in consolidating social peace and confronting extremist ideology. During the meeting, the Grand Mufti of Uzbekistan praised the speech delivered by the Grand Mufti of Egypt at the conference, emphasizing that it reflected the civilizational vision of Islam and reinforced the values ​​of tolerance and peace. He commended the scholarly standing of Dar al-Ifta al-Misriyyah (the Egyptian Fatwa House), describing it as a leading and widely respected authority on Islamic rulings throughout the Muslim world.
