President El-Sisi: Egypt's General Policy is Based on Avoiding Escalation and Non-Interference in the Internal Affairs of Other Countries

President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi emphasized that Egypt's general foreign policy is based on a persistent effort to avoid escalation, non-interference in the internal affairs of other countries, and a commitment to resolving crises peacefully, achieving stability and development, and safeguarding the resources of nations.

President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi received today Ahmed Attaf, Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, the National Community Abroad, and African Affairs of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria, in the presence of Dr. Badr Abdel-Aty, Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation, and Egyptians Abroad; Ambassador Mohamed Soufiane, Ambassador of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria to Cairo; and Mr. Idriss Latrach, Chief of Staff of the Algerian Minister.

President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi received today Mohamed Ali Nafti, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Migration, and Tunisians Abroad of the Republic of Tunisia, in the presence of Dr. Badr Abdel-Aty, Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation, and Egyptians Abroad; Doha El-Shouikh, Chargé d'Affaires of the Tunisian Embassy in Cairo; and Samir Mansar, Director General of Bilateral Relations with Arab Countries at the Tunisian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Ambassador Mohamed El-Shenawy, the official spokesperson for the Presidency, stated that the meeting began with the Algerian Minister delivering a written message from President Abdelmadjid Tebboune to President El-Sisi. The message expressed sincere appreciation to President El-Sisi and affirmed the deep-rooted fraternal ties and rapidly growing cooperation and partnership between Egypt and Algeria, particularly in light of the significant increase in investments and trade between the two countries. It also emphasized the mutual commitment to further developing and enhancing relations and strengthening consultation and coordination mechanisms regarding developments in the Arab world, the Middle East, and the African continent.
