Among the most prominent achievements is the expansion of studio construction. A total of 109 studios were built, with 99 already leased – a occupancy rate exceeding 90%. This contributed to unprecedented revenues for the company. The remaining studios are currently being leased this year. There is also a project to create new studios to meet the increasing demand from companies and investors to rent studio space within Media Production City. Furthermore, open-air filming areas were modernized and expanded, with the addition of new areas such as the "One Thousand and One Nights" area and the Gaza area, where the series "Sahab Al-Ard" was filmed. The Citadel area was also developed without the city incurring any additional costs or burdens, as the drama producers covered the costs of creating these areas. Al-Jabali added that the company achieved significant revenues through its digital marketing department, which protected the company's intellectual property rights by optimally remarketing the dramas it produced.
Among the significant achievements of the year was the expansion of foreign film production in Egypt, thanks to the unprecedented success of the Egypt Film Commission in opening new avenues for collaboration with international film production companies to film their projects in Egypt. This comes in light of the Prime Minister's decision to issue regulations governing foreign filming within the Arab Republic of Egypt. These regulations stipulate that the Egypt Film Commission in the city is responsible for all necessary coordination to obtain approvals from relevant authorities for foreign filming projects within the Arab Republic of Egypt, as it is the sole entity authorized to do so. The decision also included the establishment of the basic frameworks and general strategy for foreign filming in Egypt, which has borne fruit in the production of a large number of films during the past year. The Commission has supervised the filming of approximately 105 foreign productions of various nationalities since 2019 at numerous archaeological sites and tourist attractions throughout the Arab Republic of Egypt.
The year 2025 witnessed the modernization and development of several activities that significantly contributed to the company's revenue. Among the most important was the Audio-Visual Heritage Revival Center, which plays a vital role in reviving and preserving ancient documentary treasures for future generations. This center has positively contributed to expanding into Arab and Egyptian markets and restored numerous feature and documentary films during the past year.
Al-Jabali also discussed the modernization and development of the Up Skills Training Center in the city, which has had a major impact on establishing numerous protocols and collaborations with a large number of Arab and Egyptian universities and academies. He further noted the company's strong interest in the International Academy of Engineering and Media Sciences, supporting it logistically by adding new classrooms equipped with the latest scientific and technological resources to enhance the quality of the educational process. Al-Jabali also pointed to the significant successes achieved by the Arab Hotel Company, a subsidiary of Media Production City, with net profits reaching EGP 306.20 million during the 2025 fiscal year.
The Chairman of the Board emphasized that these positive developments have noticeably improved the company's financial position and increased its share price, which has positively impacted the confidence of its clients and investors.
At the end of the meeting, Al-Jabali expressed his pride and appreciation for working with the current Board of Directors, whose members are dedicated and committed to the advancement of Media Production City. He also expressed his appreciation to all employees for their efforts, affirming that Media Production City spares no effort in promoting the interests of the company and its shareholders, fostering constructive cooperation to position it as the leading media institution in the region.
