Dr. Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, attended the closing ceremony of the second edition of the presidential initiative "Tamkeen," held under the patronage of Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister, to support and empower Egyptian university students with disabilities. The ceremony was also attended by Dr. Ahmed Fouad Henou, Minister of Culture, Engineer Abdel-Mottaleb Amara, Governor of Luxor, and a number of university presidents, ministry and governorate officials, and students, at Luxor Temple.
The Minister explained that the second edition of the presidential initiative "Tamkeen" (Empowerment) truly embodies the vision of the political leadership and its firm belief that empowering people with disabilities is a national issue, a shared responsibility, and a key indicator of the state's progress. He expressed his sincere gratitude to President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi for his unwavering support of empowering people with disabilities and his deep belief in their full right to participate and contribute to the nation's development. He also thanked Prime Minister Dr. Mostafa Madbouly for his continuous follow-up and his constant commitment to translating this national vision into tangible policies and implementation programs.
