Dr. Hani Sweilem, Minister of Water Resources and Irrigation, and his Sudanese counterpart, Dr. Ismat Qureshi Abdullah, Sudanese Minister of Agriculture and Irrigation, visited the "Future of Egypt" agency to learn about the agency's efforts in implementing pioneering strategic projects for land reclamation and linking them to modern food industries. They also discussed prospects for future cooperation with Sudan in the fields of agriculture and sustainable development.

Studying the implementation of development projects in Sudan

Upon their arrival at the agency's headquarters in the Dabaa axis, the two ministers were received by Dr. Bahaa El-Ghannam, Chairman of the Future of Egypt Agency for Sustainable Development. He praised the distinguished relations between Egypt and Sudan and welcomed the Sudanese minister's visit to study the implementation of development projects in Sudan, prepare a comprehensive plan for the proposed projects, and organize joint workshops to conduct the necessary market studies.
