Dr. Morsi, Minister of Social Solidarity, distributed the laptops as part of a ceremony to distribute assistive devices to university students with disabilities at the Ministry headquarters. This initiative aims to support students academically and facilitate their learning, thereby enhancing their integration and empowerment within the university community.

This distribution is part of a cooperation protocol between the Ministry of Social Solidarity and the Housing and Development Bank to support and empower university students with disabilities from vulnerable families and beneficiaries of the Takaful and Karama cash assistance program through the Social Solidarity Units project within Egyptian universities.
