In this context, Dr. Samar Al-Ahdal reviewed the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' efforts to mobilize concessional development financing to support green transformation projects through partnerships with international financing institutions, including the Global Environment Facility (GEF), which contributes to financing environmental projects in the areas of climate change mitigation and adaptation, and natural resource conservation.
