As part of Egypt's ongoing efforts, in coordination with mediators, to end the Israeli war on the Gaza Strip, Egypt is hosting two delegations from Israel and Hamas today, Monday. The delegations will discuss the ground conditions and details of the exchange of all Israeli detainees and Palestinian prisoners, in accordance with US President Donald Trump's proposal. The meeting is hoped to end the war and end the suffering of the brotherly Palestinian people, which has continued for two consecutive years.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs explained that these consultations come within the framework of efforts to build on the regional and international momentum achieved following the presentation of US President Donald Trump's plan to end the war on the Gaza Strip.
