UN Secretary-General António Guterres expressed his deep sorrow over the victims of the devastating floods in Pakistan.

Radio Pakistan on Monday quoted the Secretary-General's spokesperson, Stéphane Dujarric, as saying, "Guterres stands in solidarity with those affected by this disaster, and the international organization stands ready to provide assistance upon request."
