The Ministry of Defense of the Government of National Unity in Libya announced its complete control over the Abu Salim area in Tripoli, according to a report published by the Cairo News Channel website.

The ministry confirmed the successful completion of the military operation.

Libyan media reported a partial power outage in several areas of the capital, Tripoli.
