The Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources announced that, in light of the detection of some samples that did not meet specifications at gas stations, it has decided to disburse an amount equal to the value of the approved invoice to replace the fuel pump, with a maximum of 2,000 Egyptian pounds, to those who file complaints via the hotline (16528) or the government complaints system website. Citizens will be contacted by the Ministry accordingly.
