Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that fighting continues in the Russian Kursk and Belgorod regions, despite President Vladimir Putin's announcement of a ceasefire during Easter, according to Cairo News Channel.

Zelenskyy added in a social media post: "Putin's statements about Easter did not reach the Kursk and Belgorod regions," referring to the two border regions where Ukrainian forces are advancing.
