The technical staff of the Egyptian national football team is studying the start of a training camp led by Hossam Hassan on October 6 or 7, in preparation for the Mauritania matches in the third and fourth rounds of the qualifiers for the 2025 African Cup of Nations.

Cairo Stadium will host the match between the Egyptian national football team led by Hossam Hassan and the Mauritanian national team scheduled for October 11.

The period from October 7 to 15 was set as the date for the next international break for the teams as part of the qualifiers for the 2025 African Cup of Nations.

The Egyptian national team faced Cape Verde and Botswana in the African qualifiers, winning three goals in the first and four goals in the second.
