Lieutenant General Abdel Meguid Saqr, Minister of Defense and Military Production, announced the opening of the International Defense Industries Exhibition "EDEX 2025" in its fourth edition.

This announcement came during President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi's attendance at the opening of the International Defense Industries Exhibition "EDEX 2025" on Monday.

The exhibition is being held in Egypt at the Egypt International Exhibition Center from December 1st to 4th, 2025, with the participation of major exhibitors and international companies in the field of armament, defense, and security industries, both regionally and internationally.

The exhibition features international pavilions from 25 countries, with exhibitors from around the world showcasing the latest technologies in defense and armament. It is attended by numerous official delegations from over 100 countries and is expected to welcome approximately 45,000 visitors.
