In celebration of the beginning of filling the water tank of the Julius Nyerere Hydroelectric Power Station and Dam project, which, upon completion, results in a significant development renaissance for the United State of Tanzania, Dr. Assem Al-Jazzar, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, congratulated Samia Hassan, President of the United Republic of Tanzania, and the brotherly people of Tanzania. Sister, and its enormously beneficial effects on Tanzanian citizens, explaining that the project serves as an example of inter-African cooperation, particularly between the Arab Republic of Egypt and the United Republic of Tanzania.
This information was released to the media by the Minister of Housing following his participation in a high-level Egyptian government delegation at the celebration of Dr. Rufiji, Tanzania, which was hosted by the State of Tanzania.
The Minister of Housing said: This enormous project brought back to the minds of the Egyptian people the dream of implementing the High Dam on the Nile River in Egypt and the challenges that faced its realisation, as its implementation took 11 years and the High Dam had a major role in achieving a major development renaissance in Egypt. The Minister of Housing added: Brotherly relations with the Tanzanian people, we are helping to achieve a similar dream for our brothers in the Republic.
