Minister "Mohamed Salah" opened the meeting by welcoming Dr. / Mohamed Shaker, Minister of Electricity and Renewable Energy, and all attendees, emphasising that the meeting's primary goal is to exploit the surplus production capacities of the Ministry's affiliated companies and units for cooperation and integration with various ministries, institutions, government agencies, and the private sector in implementing National projects and development projects in the country.
Dr. Mohamed Shaker, Minister of Electricity and Renewable Energy, stated that the national and development projects currently underway in Egypt, as well as those planned for the electricity and energy sectors, will necessitate a strong local industry in order to achieve self-sufficiency and meet the current and future needs and requirements of these projects.
