Dr Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education, and Dr Reda
Hegazy, Minister of Education, met in the presence of
Dr Hani Helal, Secretary General of the Egyptian-Japanese Partnership for
Education, Kamio Hiroshi, President of the National Institute of Technology at
Ichinoseki College, and his accompanying delegation, to discuss the transfer of
Japanese experience in technical and technological education "KOSEN"
in Egypt.
The meeting discussed the two sides' prospective cooperation
mechanisms, the steps to implement the KOSEN system in accordance with Egypt's
education system, and the Japanese side's contribution to the application of
these techniques.
