Franco, the Portuguese ambassador to Cairo, at the private education building
in New Cairo. This morning.
At the beginning of the meeting, the minister indicated Egypt's interest in exchanging experiences between Egypt and Portugal through developing the level of cooperation between Egyptian and Portuguese universities, opening joint scientific programs between the two sides, sending scientific missions, and increasing the exchange of faculty members and students.
